I have followed the club since the early 70's and during most of the clubs history we have been a level three club with several years as a level two club. We are a big city club so we have a large fanbase and therefore a much larger income than most clubs at our level.

We appear to have become an established level four club with a few years in level three so why do you think that the club is under achieving?

It's depressing isn't it? I can't put my finger on why we are underachieving, but I would like to question the highest level (Board members) on this. We have had how many managers and different players over the last couple of seasons? And we still can't get it right? Something is wrong at the highest levels, of that im sure. What is your theory Awaymon?

I still think the reason we're under achieving is that there is something wrong behind the scenes we can't blame everything on the manager and the players I can't see us progressing much past Division 1 again until we have a new stadium and some investment.

    the million dollar question!

my opinion would be as already mentioned above. we have had so much change since trolls was sacked. we have had paterson, penney, campbell, buckle and now mcghee in the last 2 years. each wanted to do something new. buckle brought in a brand new squad and already half of them have already left and been replaced again! a lot of change is not healthy.
