UKip's success will be a flash in the pan. The sort of people who vote for these loony parties generally don't vote. They get a bit het up reading lies in the Sun and head down to the polling place and put their X in a box thinking it will make a difference to their lives. Once they realise it makes **** all difference they never vote again and parties like UKip collapse.
