    It would seem Uniteds CE David Gill is heading for this post having been nominated by our FA. He is still going to retain a non-exec role at Old Trafford though.

    So United are to get a 'link' into UEFA, SAF is all for it! I hope there's no United conspiracy rumours over easy groups/draws! <whistle> or is it a good thing to get an English member onto the board.

    He shouldn't have been in his previous position and the guy he took over from shouldn't, either.
    Clear conflict of interest.

    There's already an English Vice-President.
    That's why Doncaster get all the decisions in European games...

    I don't get how these people get so well paid when apparently their job is so easy they can have another job at the sametime.
