BFB pal, always amazed by the miracle that is WD40 and its uses! I had a pink deep pile carpet (I know Clingy) in a caravan, which also had the most beautiful mahogany units and furniture (Atlas Super model) and this silly sod (Masky) spilt some touch up mahogany stain onto the aforementioned carpet. Panicking and accepting that Mrs Masky would be home soon in her sharp high heels (could be nasty), my neighbour suggested WD40. Masky was aghast at the stupidity of this suggestion, but went with it anyway.....after about 3 treatments it cleansed the area to a satisfactory level.....so impressed! Take it to bed with my women now, never fails! Masky
