No not horses legging it away from a skunk. But Bayern V Barca tonight. I was talking to a few of lads over a few beers this afternoon and mentioned about the 10s for SAFC top half finish. They all to a man had a few quid on. Then one of them said you could get 3s for Barca tonight. Couldn't find 3s on returning home, but did notice a few offering 14/5 So had £100 on as it is near as damn 3s. A two horse race and one of them is Barca!! I know Bayern are playing well right now, but in Messi, Barca have a bloke who can change a game on his own.

I'm all over Bayern in this game. This Bayern side is stunningly good, close to parity with the Barca side of 2 years gone, widely seen as the best club side ever. They have everything, pace, skill, the pace of passing and creation of space is stunning, the defence is watertight, and they have the best goalkeeper in the world in Neuer. To think they just signed Goetze for next season is utterly terrifying, they are already on curse to break every single record in the Bundesliga, wins, home wins, away wins, highest goals for, lowest goals against. They are direct yet dynamic in possession, seriously, I am not over stating this team, watch them tonight and you will see. Barca need to be at 110% to get a win tonight, even that may not be enough. Beat Bayern, and you win the Champions League, Bayern will easily beat Madrid if they meet in the final.

Yeah have to agree and they have just signed mario gotze as well I do admire the way the bundersliga is run and the clubs as well , and the clubs treat the fans fairly as well with good ticket prices the premier league should take note . 1 more thing as well I might put a few quid on Suarez being there as well next season

They just have such a midfield mate. Robben, Ribery, Sweinsteiger, Kroos, Muller, Shaquiri, Luis Gustavo, holy **** man. Gomez isn't the best player, but he's a great goalscorer, and backed by that (plus ****ing Goetze!), managed by Guardiola, they could dominate for a few years.
I still fancy Madrid myself. Bayern and Barca might be the better teams, but I don't know, Mourinho just suits the Champions League. And if they get to the final, facing either team, I wouldn't be surprised in the slightest if Mourinho plays a blinder tactically.
