Back when the closest Charlie Brooker had been to Konnie Huq was having a tug whilst watching Blue Peter, TV Offal was on Channel 4 written and presented by Victor Lewis Smith. It was the Screen Wipe of its day, not as good, too many silly songs but had some great moments particularly clips from old/foreign telly.
