Good read this, the lad sounds like hes got his head screwed on properly hopefully he'll get his chance in the first team sooner rather than later. Its good him and Rusyn have eachother to help adapt and support eachother from what is happening in their homeland.
Good to have a couple of them at the club to help them settle. Forgot about the third lad tbh. Noticed Rusyn had a Ukraine flag at the end of the Preston game and gave his shirt to a kid in the Roker End crowd.
Thanks for sharing this mate. I come away thinking how young the players are now. He didnt know of the Brazillian Ronaldo! I really am an old sod. To me he seems a modern footballer. I hope these young lads do look back at some of the legends of the past.
If he wants to be a forward, watching a few videos of the original Ronaldo might be a very very worthwhile way to spend an afternoon
