Looking at our next few fixtures, if we have not produced at least one win (excluding the cup games, regardless of the outcome) by the time Brentford come to visit, and also get nothing from that game, then the board will really have to make a big call, continue on with SOD at the helm admist what by then will almost certainly be falling crowds and fans discontent, or do they say enough is enough and give a new guy the time and opportunity to work with the current squad ahead of the Jan transfer window?

I really hope SOD comes good, however the board cannot leave it too late, as axing him in Dec/Jan is too late for a new guy to have any real impact with signings, as we have seen with ourselves and many others.

Our board has generally been on the side of backing managers and giving them the time to come good, which is the Championship I agree with, but in L1 a manager with SOD's reputation and the ability in our squad we should be in the top 10 by now!!
