James Mcnamara spoke to DC today for the normal Monday press interview.

DC confirmed Trotman is just on a short term contract and says he would like to keep Trotman until the end of the season. I guess DC is in negotiations then.

Also Monkhouse is not far away from a return from injury and Balanta should be back within 2 weeks.

Then another 4 weeks to get him fit.

We may aswell right him off until after xmas then knowing rovers we'll class him as our January signing.

    Yep.

I noticed The Post via twitter has heaped praise for a City player (Agard) making the team of the week but they are very silent over Trotman. Yet again, another example of The Post showing they are being biased.

Yes, we need to keep Trotman for sure.

I'm quite looking forward to seeing what Balanta can offer once fit. Martin seems to be a good signing, so if Balanta can live up to his potential, we'll have two quality wingers for this level. With Monkhouse back we'll carry more of a goal threat too.
