So the new fixtures are out and I have to say, the season starts with a bang for us - especially at home with the first 3 teams to visit Anfield being City, Arsenal and Utd <yikes> Let's hope Rodgers has our home form sorted quickly! 2. Nice opening home games there - Man City, Arsenal then Man Utd.

If Brendon doesn't sort the home form out immediately, he could be under pressure from the word go <ok>

At least those big games are at home,a chance to make an early impression
    against top four rivals.

you guys should look not at the first 3 homes games but at the 3 associated away games... january and feburary... all away. and that could be a season breaker.

If we go win the 3 away games around those 3 home games we could be 3-3-0 and have 12 points out of 18 which would not be bad at all... lets not fixate on 3 homes games v the top 4 when we REALLY need to be beating the teams in the lower half of the table home and away. If we get out of those first 6 games with 12 points i think the games after that are very favorable.

finally the run in from feb 2nd when we got to city is very very favorable.

Can't complain seeing we have to play then SOME TIME.... I would say that any signings to be made ought to be seriously made early as trying to integrate a player of 3 into a team 48 hours before a big game is not good.

mmm not sure what to make of them really. It could be good to meet the 3 big teams early doors but only if we hit the ground running! Utd are traditionally slow starters aren't they?

We owe Arsenal - that's for sure!

In those first six fixtures we got 8/9 points. So I'd be happy with 10.
