Noted at the friendly tonight we only had one (maybe two I'm not sure) trial players who, when looking him up online, turned out to be coaching at Soccer Elite FA where Hessy had been so maybe that was a case of Hess giving the guy a go but nothing more serious than that. I know it was our first fixture and getting the players we already have was more important but do you think we will be bringing any trialists in this season? I remember Hessy was quite partial to a trialist and arguably our best piece of business in the last decade came from taking a punt on Gazza. We have signed a fair few players this summer but looking on the free agents list maybe there are a few who might be worth a look. So do we stick with what we already have or do we twist, bring in a couple of players looking to earn deals and take game time away from our players under contract? Good win for us tonight but am aware there are already threads up for that but thought I would ponder on this as well.

    (Edit)

One possible example is a player like Michael Ngoo who has been released by Liverpool but originally comes from London, strong and powerful, like for like for Bayo? (We are not linked to him in any way but just suggesting he might be the type of player we might want to look at before offering something to.)
