OK, yes the Jan window is open and we are waiting hopefully for the great news of multiple new signings. We all know we are badly short and we know the positions we need to sort asap. We also know we have a very very hard job on our hands, trying to lure top quality players/names due to our lowly position etc. But the fact that other teams are already making signings has us all worried, but most of those teams are higher and better and more well known and established. My main question is, the window only opened yesterday, and there is another 3-4 weeks still remaining, yes we dont want to leave it till the last minute, nor only be left with the dreggs, but are we not being a little impatient, 2 days in, moaning we haven't made any signings yet? over to you peeps.............
I would have thought players should have been tapped up,and ready to come on the first day of the window. For me the club again is struggleing to recruit. Waiting till the end will be suicidal as we would be to far adrift,we need players right now.
I'll be happy if we get someone in before the Preston game, right now I'll continue to have a little moan until we buy someone
We need 2 in next week really. No rush this week as its only a cup game and in the context of our season, not at all important. Hopefully this week has been spent scoping interest ready to move next week.
Sounds like our non event of last Summer repeating itself, while we see the likes of Charlton desperately bolstering their squad to avoid the drop, while we apparently sit around doing jack.
