With the takeover taking an age, who could we acquire after the transfer window shuts..?

Which unattached players would add to the team

    Or

Which players would make the difference on a emergency loan from the premiership.

Evening Peacock, Warnock has come out and said he does not think he'll be in a position to bring any permanent signings in. Looks like we will have to rely on loans

Evening elland, I have a good feeling and think we could get a gem in the loan market.

For me I think Leeds should offer players like Owen Hargreaves & Michael Owen a chance to train and impress playing at Elland Road.

To be clear I would not offer them contract terms and would fully expect them to leave once they get a big money offer, but in the meantime Leeds would get experience and top class players for the cost of their insurance premiums.

These players would get a shop window and the chance to impress and earn a large contract elsewhere.

In theory that plan works Old Peacock however Owen has said he wants to stay in the prem and I doubt he'd wanna drop down just for a 'show window' appearance

And Owen Hargreaves probably wouldn't want to join Leeds either and is it really an area where we are needing a player, I agree he is fantastic when fit but we need to be spending resources on the flair fronts

Really? Make Leeds a 'shop window' club like Donny? Is this what it's come to for one of the world's greatest ever clubs?

    Humiliating.

IF by a miracle the T/O happens before the window shuts I believe we shall see Templeton and CMS brought in very swiftly. I read an article the other day that on his first game back (CMS) was being ribbed by team mates who were singing Leeds songs to him and saying bye bye... Writing is on the wall that we will be obtaining him should funding come through.

Owen, as has been mentioned will only go to a prem club, and he will still demand a huge salary. CMS says he's going to do the business this year for Brighton, but there are players like Jennas who are surplus to requirements at their clubs

We missed out on getting Ricardo Fuller who is exactly the type of player we could do with up front as the Blackpool performance showed. Oh well.......
