And bloody foster in a right back. I read in the paper he was going to change the team, however he has kept the same useless team that has been playing badly the last few matches as he is too scared to change it around. Mccoy is imo our best full back since russel martin and its stupid to play the foster, he's nowhere near as good.
No need to panic yet Ron I don't look at the table until we've played 10 games so that's 8 played and 2 home games coming up Ok Sheffield Utd and Preston start panicing
some baffling decisions by gw today firstly the team he picked and secondly as guy pointed out the substitutions when we were 2 nil down .
The achilles heel that i thought waddock had got rid of has come back- he has his favourites and will play them, even if it costs the team. Quite a few members of our team are deadwood at the moment and not up to league 1 standard, and waddock doesn't see it. Last season we could see that Strevens and Foster weren't going to make the step up in quality, whilst Ainsworth is now too old to play at this standard. As of yet Harding and Benyon have failed to make any sort of an impression on the team, and to put Harding on when we are losing the game was a farcical decision. Waddock needs to be more daring: drop the players who aren't performing. We have Mccoy, Betsy, Bloomfield and Harris who deserve to be played much more than they are, while a loan striker needs to be brought in to solve the goal crisis. I think I'll stop going if Waddock keeps making the same schoolboy errors week in week out as has been the case recently.
agreed waddock has to take part of the blame.strevens and benyon are not going to get us the goals to keep us up.also agree with mccoy ,harris, blooms and betsy should all be playing.i would give ibe his chance if we cant afford to get a striker in he cant do any worse than benyon and strevs.
