I'm not that happy in the way JT got involved...it was almost like the hyper kid who just got let off the hook. No doubt he played his part getting us there, but he also could have cost us the whole show, and should have shown more consideration to the guys who won the final. Understand but can you blame him? Club he's played for throughout his entire career just won the most prestigious trophy in club football, a side that he captained. I'd be in ecstasy if it was me. Only thing I can criticize him for is maybe putting on the kit, there was no need for that.
UEFA made a directive that the players had to wear their kits as they wanted the photos to look uniform, it was nothing to do with the players themselves so it's not even a half joke really.
Quality performance from Torres last night and congats to him, no one deserves it more and as proven if he gets the chances he will score. Best bit for me was him passing to Mata, just showed once again how unselfish he is and how he puts the team first, i'd bet anyone as much as they want Sturridge would have shot if he was in that position yesterday.
