A week or so ago I was uncertain as to how I wanted us to do in this last match. I didn't want Rovers to send Torquay down to the Conference as: - they're West Country - it's a good day out. Now I hope we bluddy stuff them out of sight! They're 18th, Aldershot can't catch them and two of the clubs below them, Dagenham & Redbridge and York, are playing one another. The last few performances by us have been worrying. We need to end the season on a high to bring back a bit of confidence about the coming season. I hope there's not a hint of 'end of season' next Saturday.
end on a high be great. last seasons last game we lost 4-0 at dag & red so there better not be a repeat showing! lets get into them
Looking at the weather coming in.......We may aswell be playing on the beach.......not looking too good at the moment
I have a ticket however judging by the recent performances I hold out little hope that we will record a win if the game is a washout we have decided to vacate the ground and hold up in a nice local just outside Torquay, no point in wasting to much time in the ground if they play anything like they did at home on saturday. COR
Torquay have far too much at stake and our recent performances have lacked urgency. I hope we end on a high, but I don't think we will.
