    IMO I think Tim Krul has been one of the best keepers in the league and for the amount of games he has played and to be where he is now is amazing and for him to be like this at such a young age what is he going to be like when he's played a lot more games and had more international appearances.

    Agreed.

    I am saddened by the Steve Harper situation though - all those years waiting to be number 1 and now he can't get near the bench.

    Couldn't give it to Krul.. not this year anyway!

    He's not the best but as a side note I think Al Habsi is massively underrated <ok>

    agree with the harper situation,took my toon tinted glasses off for the poll and voted Cech think tim is having an excellent season though and can only improve

    Krul doesn't get the plaudits he deserves. Hasn't put a foot wrong and has averaged at least one outstanding save in every game. Confident it seems at coming for crosses, satisfactory kicking. Who else in the premier league can you say that for?

    question is will MOTD focus any attention what so ever to Krul's 6 saves or will it all be about the linesman and Steve Taylor's luck of not conceding a penalty?

    I don't think Krul is yet, he can improve massively though and he already is quality!

    Between Hart, Krul, Given, Friedel and Jaaskelainen. Krul edges it on bias. <ok>

    Can't believe you put Gomes in and not Friedel when Friedel is keeping Gomes out of the Spurs team.

    Voting with my head and not my heart I went for Reina.

    Amazing progress for Krul though, wasn't long ago we had endless polls trying to gauge who we thought our first choice keeper should be, yet now I doubt there are many Toon fans who would consider anybody but Krul.

    Hope he carries on progressing at this rate. If he does he could be the best in a few seasons.

    I'd take Krul now over Given now. Krul looks likes he's only going to get better and better. Given looks likes he's on the downslide.

    Hard to say who's the best in the league. Defensive units can cover up a lot, or not.

    Any rate, watched Krul at the Fulham match, though he seemed class.
