TF has said its a must win, I think thats about as close as you can get to him saying hughes will go after if we dont get the 3 points.
I thought that but the "must win" bit changed my mind. I also think the 2 of the next 3 winnable games as must win as well. Its no good beating Saints and then going 5-6 games without a win.
Indeed....I'm actually starting to believe that he "cant" rather than "wont" sack Hughes down to the sheer costs involved.....bitten of more than he can chew?
FFS Tony try to salvage any credibility you have left and stop talking about football. It's embarrassing. One error cost us....yes because we can't score to save our lives. Team played as planned....what, to lose? Table compressed....the same table that has the bottom three cut off from the rest? Defence fairly solid....remember the last clean sheet Tony? Must win next game. No panic.....if there is no panic then why is the next game a must win? This guy should do stand up comedy. His talents are wasted in football.
Even if Hughes is sacked and it costs TF £50 million, that is still cheap in comparison to the £100 million+ we would lose if we went down. The maths is not difficult.
I'm with Uber on this. We will definitely win our next win. No problem. The only trouble is that I fear we will lose our next loss first.
