Looking at all these different badges reminds me of the tattoos on Inky's legs.

They always say never go back, but everything the new badge represents has blighted our great club. On this occasion we need to know what we were when we were a club the supporters were proud of with players who were proud to wear that great badge...

I agree, but how long before we have to change the "LOFTUS ROAD" bit?

I quite like the new badge. I don't see any unwelcome connotations with it. Whichever one we use, doesn't make much difference to me or to the club's success.

A good start will be an announcement that Thicker hoops and Denis the menace make a triumphant return within weeks of the final whistle at Anfield. That together with some of our old boys who would have run themselves into the ground being brought on to the coaching staff.

Definitely this. The thinner hoops (which have always been Reading's signature anyway) will be forever associated with the two seasons of getting regularly tonked in the Prem. Let's have our old strip back, last seen when we were cruising the Championship. Got to be a good omen, surely?

Get rid of the high waged players next year, spend it on a better academy then we can rebuild.

I think we should stick with the current badge - looks like a classy badge, imo the other one is a bit dated. I do understand the love of it though, but imo the current one people still tarnish it with flavio. Imo one of the better things he did.

But totally agree re the hoops - back to thicker and the dennis away kit. I will by that one for sure.

No, we aren't down yet. Being positive is full effort on winning the next 5 games, rather than accepting we are down, which would be for 690 games if return takes as long as last time.
