Bloody brilliant MM, thank you for putting out an attacking side, if we lose at least we can say we lost giving it a damn good go, certainly no complaints from me, no matter what the score!!

I have been very critical of Ando of late but TBH he put in a decent shift today!

    Ando was very good..

For what it's worth, from inside the ground I thought the midfield -

    Skuse absolutel immense
Bishop worked hard / didn't get going
    Bru was v good
    Ando v good!

Tabb/ Parr offered legs but not much else

Was very happy with the line up. It was only last night I said you'd never see Bru and Bishop in the same 11 under Mick.

Big shame about Varney. Was a little concerned we'd lose some attacking threat but Ando upped his game from recent performances. When Tabb came on we were protecting the draw.

For comments about performance see any other game this season; it's another game down though. No away goal rule so its effectively a 90 minute tie at carrow road - I have faith. 2 games to go.

Overall, a draw was probably a fair result, although I thought Norwich edged it with more opportunities. I think the direct route didn't work against a side that broke with speed and defended well against the goalscoring abilities of Daryl Murphy and Freddie Sears, the latter had a very quiet game. But we clearly put in the effort and seemed to cope with the moment and the pressure. Defensively, I thought we were impressive. In particular, Luke Chambers put in a brilliant performance and probably edged man of the match for me, ahead of Skuse, because he was often our last line of defence and made several key interceptions and tackles. Mings also had a good game, especially in relation to his patchy form of late. He marauded forwards and looked an occasional threat, but it was his handling of Nathan Redmond, a quality player who will be playing Premier League football next season regardless, which stood out for me as Mings' most impressive facet of his game yesterday. Skuse offered plenty of bite in midfield, particularly when Bishop had a rare off day. Bru's passing was often accurate and Murphy's aerial presence continues to amaze me.

All in all, a draw can be viewed as a good result but it leaves us with plenty to do at Carrow Road. If we can keep it tight at the back and make the home crowd nervous, then we might be able to nick a goal during regulation time. Either that, or this one might be heading for penalties!

Also, brilliant atmosphere at Portman Road. So, well done to us in the stands too. I like to think it helped cheer the side on, especially when we went 1-0 down and continued offering support.

Skuse was our best player on Saturday with for me Berra not far behind him. I agree with you Nuggets on Mings, although not that great in his overall game play I thought he handled Redmond extremely well.

Shame about Varney going off as I though he was our best player before this point, playing almost in the Jon Walters role winning lots of headers agains the fullbacks leaving 2 strikers to pick up the resultant flick on. One thing I would say though is when Murphy isn't the one winning the header he is terrible a reading where the ball will go and is far to static!!

It's a shame none of our chances fell to Murphy as it could've been a different story but far result in the end and all to play for on saturday!!
