Anyone say anything good about it ? Adomah and Kilkenny were by far our best players,Mcgiven was the worst by far, thought he was useless, Wilson and Nyatanga did well in the middle but Maynard and Stead did absolutely nothing up front and was glad they came off. We looked a better side when both were subbed for Pitman and Taylor. Should have won the game near the end as Hull were nothing special through the whole game. Pitman must start the next game he was fantastic when he came on. The attendance was poor but was obviously going to be low with the current situation.
Thought Pitman gave you lot a great boost when he came on. Thought he was very dangerous in the last 25 minutes. We weren't good, but we've always set out to get in control, get the lead then sit on it, whilst Pearson has been here. It's not great football, but it's turned round our results since relegation, and last years early season form. Sort of grind out victories without being spectacular, win at all costs. The tactics didn't work today obviously.
Thought you lot were a lot better than Hull City first half. We played well after the goal, but Taylor missed a decent chance and from then you could argue a Brizzle goal was coming. As a spectacle however, the game was poor, as many of our's are. I'm not moaning though, give me boring 1-0 wins and 1-1 draws all season
