its flash video Flyer and depending how your Browser handles ( it's plug ins and convertors) that is the way it will or won't be displayed. I have programs that read FLV files thats are not Flash.

HTML5 will replace standard FLA files for basic web animations.

Streaming Video had a lot to do with codecs and always will do

Flash Video FLV files usually contain material encoded with codecs following the Sorenson Spark or VP6 video compression formats. The most recent public releases of Flash Player (collaboration between Adobe Systems and MainConcept) also support H.264 video and HE-AAC audio.[4] All of these compression formats are currently restricted by patents.
Flash Video is viewable on most operating systems via the Adobe Flash Player and web browser plugin or one of several third-party programs. Apple's iOS devices Ipod and iPads do not support the Flash Player plugin and so require other delivery methods such as provided by the Adobe Flash Media Server.[5]

No it doesnt, the only way to view flash in a browser for a non geek is by using flash. The codecs have no effect on if he can watch or not. Flash can view anything in the flv container as it would be pretty stupid to stream something that isnt supported by standard flash.

I think draw a line over teams already on 20 points and hope they beat the lower teams.

Draws are good between lower teams because they put 2 points on the table rather than 3.

Then we need to start winning....

I want Villa and below to lose unless they play each other and then a draw would be good. The obvious exception is Norwich who I dont want to win any match.
