It's obvious that Medro is from Ireland, can i also take it that Toby is? (honestly thought he was scottish, must pay more attention) How can one make such an important decision, without having some basic facts to form such a decision...a quick refresh for us *****'s that ain't got a clue please.

Ok then, in that case i must apologise to Toby....Toby if you got upset that i referred to yourself as either Scottish or Irish, i do apologise, if this caused you distress. As for forming a view, i find neither offensive nor a burden....I say let them bicker, if they wish. Also on Medro's ban, i would lift it, on proviso, that he didn't post Irish themed threads all the time. I would limit him to one or two a day. Toby, i have no idea, never thought about it, seems ok to me.
