    we renewed 3 weeks ago and got printed receipt at the time and an email either one or two days later.

    Was thinking the same, HDM kept doing photos and articles of the fans queuing for Season Passes.
    Just hope next week they are not doing the same with "fans" trying to get refunds for their Season Passes.

    I emailed the Club this afternoon about buying season passes for non season pass holders and got a reply within half an hour.. not sure why people want to queue when you can download the form, fill it in and hand it in with a cheque or with card details as late as kick off on Friday nigh at the discounted price..
