    So I am looking to take my girlfriend to her first football match for Valentines day (because doesn't every girl want that) and I am just trying to work out which game would be be best. I Would prefer the derby, but I doubt very much I would get tickets for that. I was thinking either Villa or Wolves.

    Will there be tickets available closer to the dates?

    Probably not until about 3 weeks beforehand.

    PS. Are you sure this is a good idea? We don't want chappaz take 2...

    Villa will be a better game, but we have a better chance of winning vs Wolves.

    But I am likely to get tickets? Thing is I need to book dates off work, trains etc. so I have to be sure!

    And as long as there is some romance along the way it should be fine. Nothing says I love you like half time pie.

    Villa tickets are available now and Wolves tickets are available to members from Mon 16th.

    You'll get tickets for any home game, so long as you pay attention to the website and/or nufc.com

    Sun 05.02.2012 NUFC v Aston Villa (h) @ SJP, 1.30pm. Premier League. Live on Sky. Member sale now, public sale from Mon 09.01.2012 (online), date tbc (by phone /in person). Category B match: Adults £30 and upwards.

    Sat 25.02.2012 NUFC v Wolves (h) @ SJP, 3pm. Premier League. Member sale from Mon 16.01.2012, public sale from date tbc (online), date tbc (by phone /in person). Category tbc match: Adults £tbc and upwards.

    Both should be good games that we should win. Wolves will likely be a category C game so the tickets will be cheaper. As long as you get them in advance yo shouldn't have a problem getting tickets for either game.

    If your a member you should have no problems if your not too fussy about where you sit. The derby game will obviously sell out so if it goes to general sale you may struggle to get a pair of seats together.

    All home games go on general sale for at least 3-4 days.

    Make sure you keep your eyes on it and act quickly so you can get the best seat possible for the mackem game.
