Tactically we got it wrong, Brady and Cairney should have stayed on, when they left we looked clueless. Evans and McKenna dont look up to the challenge to me, Hobbs looks petrified every time he has the ball. But the season doesnt end until May so plenty of time to right the wrongs.
I might be on my own here but I think Hobbs is being made to look like a donkey because the midfield aren't taking enough responsibility. I lost count the number of times he played a simple ball into the midfield only to be given it back two seconds later. In the end he has no choice but to hoof the ball upfield . I honestly can't see how JH comes in for more stick that Chester , who for the first half hour today was an absolute liability. Dudgeon was even worse but eh oh let's all scape goat Hobbs .
Finding it hard to be as positive as usual, the manager got it wrong today, we should be going at teams more the last two games right from the off, Leeds were weak and Palace had only won one away in ages, not good enough.

I thought we looked totally innept! Just like Scunny last season, you could tell they had no ability to hurt sides, and WE like Scunny are looking like a relegation contender. I went to Leeds midweek, they knew were the goal was, they looked like they wanted to score, they looked like they knew HOW to score. We don't look like a threat, we don't look like team who wants to score, we don't look like a team that knows how to score! Don't scapegoat the defence, look at what's in front of them! It's early in the season, and there's plenty of time to put things right. AND if NP doesn't sort it out be the end of Sept then we should worry.
