Telling you now shiny the next three games are must win and I mean must win, if these points are not collected we will be to far away to stay up. My opinion jan 2013 will be to late. I also do not think he would save the relagation threat even if he got the players he wants.

The problem is Shiny and I keep harping on and on about it is, this divison has been a total shock for Del compared to the Scottish league. Hence the reason he is so out of his depth. The quality of attacking players, quality midfield players & defenders in the championship is totally different, many, not long ago were probably playing in the premiership. I along with many on here agree, you start with the spine of your team, they are the ones that if, you havn't got you get either in the transfer market or on long term loan (plus cover in case of injury)......you then build around them.. Del failed in this department.

He wants to get people in but has to wheel and deal...... The only player we have who might raise enough to get a few in is Albert. So are you saying Elliot should go? It took you about 3 seasons to realise he's not up to scratch! I assume you haven't seen Wilson III play? Weird that he hasn't been selected but we don't see them in training - for all u know he could be carrying a niggle, or he could be unfit.
