Just thought I see if anyone agrees,for myself I no longer see any point in posting here due to lack of activity,have now moved to ATM like many others-bye all.
I quite like being on here aka to be honest. Nothing wrong with the other sites and joining in there and nothing wrong with popping on here as well either. At least this site is not a one string pony like ATD and PASOTI where it seems every thread contains some bashing of each other. It is a haven of peace and tranquility which is nice and pleasant as are the people who come on here.
Ditto Sensible all the other two sites do is squabble like naughty school boys, there might not be many that post on here but the ones on here are lovely and even though I don't always post I come on many times during the evening to read what others have left !
akagreengull2.........can't remember you posting much lately......it's the old story......use it or lose it........although we're not quite the corner shop or village Post-Office.....as sensible says it is quite pleasant here.....no knives in your back to watch for.
Just a temporary relax period AKA after all the uncertainty? of the last several seasons...probably some still hung over too but my turn tomorrow night.... must admit I've had 2 good nights kip in a row which is unusual for me.
Of course it's dead, there are no characters left. You never know who might turn up though................
Part of the problem is there is a lot of unanimity and just a few, repeated points of disagreement. With everyone on the edge of their seats hoping for League survival, there aren't too many arguments worth having! Now we can all disagree about Fletcher and Walton but once you've had that argument a few times, it loses any attraction.
Just like to say I'm sorry for giving the opportunity for a certain pseudo "fan" to come out of the woodwork (it's alright I won't mention the name).Must say I'm struck by the loyalty of the posters on here,would agree this is a quiet site to post on-will continue to read NOT 606 and put on the odd thought re our great football club.Cheers all.
We also meet up at weekends and dance naked in the forrest aka as well as hug trees. Not hard to pop in from time to time and have a look see what everyone is doing and saying so hope you don't desert completely.
Oh DS whilst you are around...wasn't it you that said we were doomed to non league football? Would you like to explain that or amend it to some other prediction of doom?
