SEEMS TO BE A BIT QUIET on here at the moment, even the compo's don't seem to be getting to much added activity. WITH 255 "MEMBERS" we should be getting at least 30 compo posts.... or are peeps shy about getting it wrong or finishing up at the wrong end of the table...like City at the moment! MUST be at least a dozen guests out there that aint joined up yet...... saw a post from banksy today so he's alright ! don't see "one for" either he's always good for a tussle!
As I put in a post a couple of days ago, I cant even be bothered to get upset with results and performances at present I hope the owner and board are keeping a keen eye on attendances and fan feedback on the situation because we are hurtling towards the 4th division again with no sign of the slide being stopped.
ho ho ho..watched about 1 min of that programme about jobs in the sex industry it was as I was flicking through the Chinese girl asked the madam for help or something..she had been doing that for 2 hours and no result.....................
Actualy, I am realy enjoying supporting City at the moment. I just resign myself to a defeat and piss poor performance in every game and a draw then becomes something to celebrate! A win in the league and I will need to change my pants..........
imagine a win has to come soon, SO £500 @1/1 IS NEXT YEARS SEASON TICKET AND REFRESHMENTS.............
My apologies to all you guys who work hard to put up competitions and prediction leagues etc, they do keep the place alive and I always intend to enter them in the greatest spirit and then end up forgetting to post. it appears rude so I drop out.. Also been very busy lately.. Thanks for all you efforts though, it is appreciated.. believe it or not.. There are some threads appearing that are raking over old ground too, I cant be bothered to post on them..
Just wait till we get a win then posters will be all over it saying what a good job SOD is doing. Actually I think he is doing a good job.
I had a sudden thought that maybe now would be the time to get great odds on City getting in the top 6. It was like - WOW - that would be great, maybe 20/1 or something as we are in the relegation zone and I could lump on a decent sum and then have a great winter and spring and collect a brucie bonus at the end of April. Except we are still only 5/1. 5/1 for a side that has not won a game yet! That isn't decent odds at all. Clearly the bookies reckon we are going to get better - I hope they are right. I might still put a tenner on it.
