    According to the Fulham chronicle QPR hope to make it third time lucky and finally sign Chris Samba from Anzhi in January.......

    would be good to have Samba and Dawson in the centre of defence but can't see it myself.

    He is just the sort of player we do need, somebody to dominate in the air from set pieces at both ends of the pitch

    If we do not get out of the relegation zone by January we won't be signing anyone of any calibre, I think we should sign Silvestre as a free agent he cannot be any worse that some of the dross we have in defence

    This is spot on. Who's going to sign for a club destined for the champolionship when they're playing EL football??? Hughes needs to do something sharpish or there's more chance of us losing players in jan than signing them

    Why on earth would Samba leave Anzhi? They are in the Top 3 in the Russian League and looking likely to be in the Champions League next season and Samba has been an ever-present in the team. Will he give it up for a relegation dogfight with a manager who doesn't appear to know his arse from his elbow?...
