Just accidentally stumbled upon 'fansfc' website. It states that TP is showing an interest in Yakubu from Blackburn for £6m. I would not be particularly impressed myself. He can score but often looks lazy and disinterested to me - a bit like KJ then!

Probably pure speculation and it's a bit early for TP anyway, the first of many rumours perhaps.

I actually think he is a better player than KJ because he is good with the ball at his feet - he would expect to play everygame though! Typical TP type player really, but what worries more is his age - a fundemental problem in our squad. I remember when he played for Everton and Moyes referred to him as a Nigeria 28 year old - i.e. he is older than his passport age!

If relegated he has a 1.5 million buy out clause. Saha has also been let go by Spurs so will be a free.
