I figured that if I came on the Horse Racing forum I would be free from the massive overkill on Roger Federer winning Wimbledon for the seventh time.

I am fed up of hearing about the f***ing Grumpy Jock.

On BBC Radio 5 Live, the only sport happening was the Scottish Brat. Apparently Dunblane is crammed with reporters from all over the World trying to find somebody that has not already been interviewed about it.

The best tennis player of the generation (and probably ever) is Swiss. His opponent is British until he has lost and then he will be Scottish again.

Isn't this a huge moment for UK tennis? I think I saw that before the Scot won the semi, no bloke since the mid thirties had won at that level at Wimbledon. I don't know what the betting is, but I'd be surprised if the Fed Express isn't long odds on.

I've re-directed the final chat to the Wimbledon Final thread on the Tennis Forum

If he wins he'll be Scottish and I'm sure, if you ask him, he'll tell you that.

I think Murray has the best chance of his life today and I think he might do it, only bet ive had at Wimbledon was 9/4 Fed to beat Djokovic but Federer thought that was job done.

Murray has a chance, hes beat Federer before so you never know, Federer isnt the same Federer from a few years ago when he was unbeatable in a game like this.

Saying that, Federer is playin some quality stuff just now.
