I am not going to rant about today and the poor refereeing that we have seen of late. The bottom line is the majority of our first team squad are not of the quality required in this league to be a competitive force. I said previously, that we are one of the worst teams in this league and stand by that. Not sure who's fault it is SC or SL / Board but the fact is unless we have a major influx of quality players in the January window we are as good as back in league one.
Our top management must take most, if not all, of the blame for lousy decisions over many years and by those actions have taken us down the path of revolving door managers. Here we go again possibly.
The saving grace is that there are equally poor teams around us. Yes we took a beating at Rotherham, but they're back to their losing ways again, ditto Bolton, MK Dons, Charlton. There is a gap opening above us to even Preston so we have to get some points on the board soon and strengthen big time in January.
