I am joking. The only stupid thing is you think he isn't trying to sort something out.

You're stamping your feet like my two year old daughter, it's ****ing pitiful and you should be embarrassed by what you say and how you come across.

I have never once said I think Moyes Is the right man but I believe in giving him a chance. A chance means at the very least a full season.
I think that he's now had two windows in which to attempt to gather the squad he thinks will bring him some success. So far, he's bought two players. Still not enough of course but it's a start and from here to the end of the season he must make the team play with some semblance of direction or at the end of the season he'll be given the boot.
I will be among those saying he should go too. In fact, I've said lose tomorrow and he should go but at the same time tomorrow is the perfect game from which to win handsomely and kick on. It's then Arsenal away, a result there and confidence should grow.
Between now and the end of the season if some shape starts to arrive and we finish well then he will be given the opportunity to buy more players in the summer and kick on. He is not clueless, his record at Everton shows this, but he has to adapt his thinking to a more United way of playing.

I find the hysterical outrage at some poor results ridiculous and all I'll ever do is continue to show my complete contempt for those that think a good way to run a football club is to hound someone out of their job.

Look, I don't want this to be an on-going ding dong between us so this is how I see it, he's on trial for the rest of the season with no more excuses.

I thought after Cardiff and Mata's debut we'd kick on but then Stoke happened and alarm bells rang. We were ****e against Stoke, really not good enough, but I viewed it that the side went into disarray losing both centre halves. Tomorrow is D day. That's how I see it.

Your patience has clearly run out far sooner than mine but I think I'm looking at a bigger picture that you aren't.

Its nothing to do with results. Its the manner in which they are achieved ruff.

Why on earth would I be embarrassed? Is what I am saying wrong? Does moyes look like he has an idea?

Im putting a less serious spin on it because lets be honest here, what else can we do but laugh. Whether you bury your head and hope for the best or shout for him to go. We are all laughing.

Yeh ruff, I respect what you say but on this I disagree completely.

We would all love for moyes to be a success, if he somehow turns it around I will expect a barrage of abuse and I told you so's aimed at me.

At the end of the day united will come good, be it next yeae or in 20. All i know is rge last 20 have been magic. Better than any other fans will experience.

No, the performances have not been good but I don't think that you, and you're not alone, quite comprehend the enormity of the job and the difference between it and Everton. I'm taking the view that I get that and am giving the bloke time to find his feet.

Fair enough but Hodgson treated the fans in an equally disrespectful manner. He constantly dragged us down with his comments and it was a case of "I say we are mediocre so above all we WILL be mediocre". His constant whining, friendship with Fergie, comments on Torres, historic victories against Bolton, etc etc were why we wanted him out. Until the very end we never personally abused the man. We only did it once it became obvious he was going to entrench himself like a parasite and stay.

Luckily for you you're not in that position yet. Moyes could come good. You have to try and spot the positives. Rodgers wasn't great in his first season but he showed a clear plan. We saw that to succeed, we simply needed to get accustomed to the style and to bring in the right personnel. Is Moyes showing that? I'm not sure but I don't follow every of your matches.

There's also a huge difference in explaining or clarifying his game plan to the fans as opposed to his tactics to his players.

He trains with them and probably has intricate drills and tactics. But all he has to do is come out and tell the fans "I want to make us a free flowing creative side with wingers". That style will become evident so its not like he is giving anything away.

That way he gets a season or two to do what he wants and the fans will be patient. This was also a problem with Hodgson. He claimed he wanted to play pass and move once and then never mentioned it again or tried to play that way again.

At the moment it seems that Moyes doesn't have a future plan or philosophy. Refreshing the squad isn't a plan. That is what every club does.

It's one of the things I do agree with but only now.

I think for the first half of the season he was assessing the squad, which is fair enough.
Now though, having signed Mata, a playing style should emerge. Even If he doesn't come out and say it, a pattern we can see should begin to become apparent. Add to that what was said during the transfer window and it's clear he's identified targets so now has a better understanding of the squad and his way forward.

He should be judged on this now. And, after backing him so far to the hilt, I will certainly be judgmental as well. I'm not just blindly supporting him as has been suggested, like we're all brainwashed by Fergie as it was his choice. He's spent some money and now has to earn the right to spend more.

I reckon that's looking for positives.
