Why are some men so obsessed with getting into ladies toilets? Single use toilets are usually open to both sexes and disabled toilets are usually single use so follow this rule/pattern. Multi use toilets are usually gender specific which indeed conserves a lady's dignity and stops pervy/dangerous male predators from attacking them (yes these people exist and you can't spot one just by looking at them).
The obsession lies entirely with TERFs, who have a bizarre fixation on toilets as they somehow think there's a direct link between the trans community and men raping women in women's toilets, which is utterly ****ing insane - which happens to be an accurate description of the likes of JK Rowling, Graham Linehan, Hadley Freeman, Rosie Duffield, Posie Parker et al So, naturally, the Tories are all-in on this, in spite the fact I will happily wager that none of Bad Enoch, 30p Lee and the like have single-use toilets in their own homes, yet they pontificate on the subject whenever there's a need to distract people with culture war bullshit (which is often, as that's all the Tories have)
I'm just surprised that dangerous male predators are put off by gender specific toilets. Amazing what a difference a sign on a door makes lol. These predators don't sound very dangerous.
They will be wearing women's clothes as well, being transgender, so even a guard on the door isn't going to help. Another odd thing about this is that women use cubicles mostly, I am told, so surely men should be more worried about women entering the facilities with urinals to try to get a glimpse of penis while they are waiting.
1. Toilets exist to cater primarily for the "call of nature" . 2. Then more so for women, a social environment (adjust the cosmetics, have a natter with companions etc) such as at nightclubs. Culturally you could easily do unisex toilets in nightclubs for #1, where you just want to get in and get out, and the rate of occupancy is so fast/equal that a pervert man would have little knowledge of who is already in adjacent cubicles to the one available for you. When women could ostensibly be alone with men in such environments, their threat sense is high and so women toilets are fair to have. I contend no typical man would want to stress a woman in such an environment.
