Apparently the quickest way to get into Sunak's cabinet is to breach the Official Secrets Act

    Worked for Braverman and Williamson...

    I'm sure Exhibit A and Exhibit B aren't connected...

Which is the worse?British politics or Republican politics with,if they win,Repubs banning future voting, cutting up areas where the black vote can win for the Dems and nearly all thinking Trump is Putin and frightened to death of him.Trump has been telling nutcases since 2020 that he was the winner of the election here.....and millions believe him and his Repubs continue to stir it. Not only that, the Repubs say will remove Social Security and Medicare, help for Ukraine and banning abortion. In fact turning the country into a one party systerm......theirs. Time for another Civil War here?

Strike day 8 completed, members are stronger after the Board came out with the threat of 10,000 job losses and the CEO having an on line melt down ,this is not normal behaviour for such a senior role

One of the comments asks if the May figure may be because of grammar schools.
No idea if this is accurate or not, but she's a clear outlier from the other Tories.

Many years ago I failed my 11 plus because I buggered about with a friend(?) who had already had a year in advance because of his age. He went to grammar school,I went to Secondary Modern. However I did so well they told me I could go on to grammar school but advised me I'd be so far behind lesson wise I may not catch up,so I didn't go.Today,I still wonder....should I have gone? My friend(?) at junior school did not want to know me after he got to grammar! Not a political story of course, but life is a funny thing.Who would have thought that the boy who failed would finish up in the USA. I've been pretty lucky,I think!!!!!

I will say that, when I was at college, there were a couple of Whitgift graduates in one of my classes

They were both thick as pigshit
