The is inflation all over the world mate. High prices everywhere. We can blame Brexit for a lot of stuff but not this.

We can add this to the list of things exacerbated by Brexit but played down because they aren’t 100% due to Brexit.

If the UK has suffered the riots, vandalism and arson that France has been experiencing over at least year, Remainers would be apoplectic at the effect of Brexit!

It's typical, as soon as a bit a good news comes out and I mention a benifit of brexit all the remoaners come out from behind their project fear shells to try and knock it.
Sorry but there is record investment in London. Get over it.

As I said mate, The City is doing well and future looks bright. If they can't take the facts then tough.

I asked how Brexit contributed to that news and you waffled about nothing rather than provide some facts.

    I don't mind discussing it.
They guy said "it's easier to work here' and "The UK was the best place for production and all the best work here". Make of it what you want.
For me, the investment doesn't lie . Especially when we told the industry would suffer due to Brexit.
It's a good news story and investment means jobs for many trades.

I’m not doubting it’s good news. My question was how the good news has been facilitated by Brexit.

Presumably they're at liberty to make donations to Labour too.

On the face of it, bringing in the Labour government they want together with its manifesto policies - and the underlying benefit might be the ear of Labour government in forming future policies

Feels a bit long term and speculative when there’s the instant return from bunging the Tories a few quid instead.

It's only speculative if Labour are no hopers. Blair had plenty in commerce and industry supporting him during John Major's failing premiership.
