Aye, but I think you're relaxed because you're a single man. Most other countries in the world take into consideration how many people are living off your wage before taxing you (for instance here I share my wife's tax free allowance). Trying to support 3 other humans with a Government which ignores your family responsibilities yet taxes you to support someone else's family responsibilities can naturally feel a bit unfair.

I'm not a fan of the NHS either, this is where a lot of taxpayers money goes, and the biggest taxpayers don't even use it as the standards are so bad. Yet another example of the communism that goes on in this country. A right wing country would be much better, as those who work hard and do well for themselves, would not be forced to pay out for the lazy work shy parasites at the bottom.

A single man should not pay more tax than a married man with a family. If you have kids you should make sure you have the money to provide for them before you do. It should not be a single mans responsibility to pay for other peoples kids. Besides a married man with kids sees more of the tax payers money than the single man anyways. As his kids will likely use schools and public services, and they are also entitled to child benefit
