Most of us remember this film, is it not quite amazing that just about all of the actors went on to make it big after this? Not many films does that happen, well certainly not the original Star Wars!
Harrison Ford got his big break with Star Wars and both Mark Hamill and Carrie Fisher teamed up for the trully EPIC Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back. So get it up you.
I think it was the second in the trilogy. First was The Insiders followed by The Outsiders and finished off with The Inbetweeners.
You are ****ing kidding me? Did you not even read the book at school? All the Brat Pack were in it, Matt Dillion, Emilio Estevez, Rob Lowe, Patrick Swayze, Tom Cruise etc
I've never heard of it either. By the title, it sounds like a book/film about teenage ansgt, and not being a girly, I haven't read/seen it
Mark Hamill was badly injured in a car crash and his rather weird looking face in Empire Strikes Back was after a lot of facial surgery.
Haha very true, I remember the **** coming to visit my primary school many years ago. What kind of **** voice must he have had for them to get James Earl Jones to do it? Not as if he had to speak clearly or anything. He probably got next to nothing for doing the film because he only had to walk about in a suit and didn't do any talking.
Dave Prowse spoke all the lines when he was Darth Vader, only problem was he had a proper bumpkin accent "Oi aarm yoire Faaather" never would have worked out.
I've just thought of someone who first appeared on Star Wars then made it kiiiiinda big. Porkins was played by William Hootkins. He went on to play Eckhart in the first Batman film, Josef Locke in Hear My Song, Major Eaton in Raiders of the Lost Ark Cannae get a much more glittering career than that
You haven't a clue what you are talking about. (A). It isn't about what you think it is and (B). You are a girly!
And another thing. George Lucas always made out that he'd had a vision for Star Wars and had deliberately started off on Episode 4 and knew how it was all going to pan out. If that is the case then why did he make Luke and Lay-her a romantic item in the original? Incest in space? Never would have made it past the film board!
Thank you Rebel, at least somebody has heard of it. It was ****ing class was it not? Not sure what it would be like watching it now, but at the time it was ****ing brilliant.
