    So who is/was the greatest showman for a band, any band..

    Any where others in the band make exception to this rule?

    No, Guns n Roses were heavily reliant on Slash and The Eagles (5 front men/singers) relied a lot on the skills of 3 guitarist.

    How about Pink Floyd? No real frontman as such but Gilmore covered that just by standing there and playing with no fuss or effort.
