the ideal is not to use lawyers, but from what i hear, that's practically impossible..

 

Any agreement you make has to be on a legally witnessed document , so they have got you at the start! then they start the ,well you can go for this and you can go for that ,dont worry about the cost because he will pay for it !

 

I didnt overly mind giving up my house but I did object to having to pay the legals to make it happen! talk about salt in the wound!!
