BBC report that: - "Roberto di Matteo must win the FA Cup and finish in the Premier League's top four to get the Chelsea job, says Claudio Ranieri."

I reckon the first requirement is the easier (Chelsea to beat Liverpool 3-1).
The second is in the lap of the gods - with Spurs having the easier fixtures remaining (not to mention Newcastle!).

On the other hand, a win against Barca should be enough to seal any manager's future!

As long as he keeps on saying yes to the players he's got a good chance of the job

Almost correct; As long as the players keep playing how he wants them too.

    But a good try nonetheless.<ok>

If he presides over a victory against Barca , he have more than a job offer, he'll get a knighthood as well!
