Morning All, a bright blustery start to the day now that it is light enough to see the sky. The man from the meteo thinks that it will be a fine day, but what does he know? He did forecast storms for yesterday and we did get a little crashing and flashing overhead. Maybe I should have a little more trust in him, but he can get it very wrong some days.

Coffee please ak now you are back. I did make some one day for people to have, but clearly it only appealed to the plain coffee drinkers. <doh>

Morning all - Weather is quite the same in West West London OFH with bright & blustery on the menu. I will partake in a frothy coffee as well please AK.

    Just had this text arrive:

Due to the eviction at Dale Farm, the travellers have been offered an alternative site at LooTown’s Kenilworth Road. Furious at the thought of dirty, thieving, in-bred, semi-literate animals living right on their doorstep, the travellers have turned it down.

Last day at corporate madness until next Wednesday....:1980_boogie_down::laugh::1980_boogie_down::laugh::cheesy::1980_boogie_down::cheesy:

A friend of mine in Oz runs a company that does just that - cooks and supplies airline meals. Sorry to say, but your lecturer is right - they're not cooked by chefs, but cooks. There's a world of difference between the two. :)

As my brother-in-law is a chef, he'd know - unfortunately he's in the States at the moment so I can't ask him.

Something completely random - I found out yesterday that under UK tax rules if a company sells an asset, and re-invests the cash, one of the the things the re-investment gets tax relief on is a space station!

Morning all - cold rainy morning here, but seems to be brightening up already!

By no means a definition, but would suggest a chef 'creates' recipes whereas a cook just 'follows' them!

Afternoon all, thanks for the coffee ak.

I know its been mentioned a couple of times across threads but has anyone head from SLB recently. Does anyone have any other contact for him outside of not606?? He's been M.I.A for a while now and I hope he's ok. :emoticon-0112-wonde

It's a bit selfish but I really enjoy the WPL and I miss the scores updates each week. The WPL table hasn't been updated since 24/09/11 and I'd love to know how I'm getting on.

Thanks Dan, I certainly know that feeling.

At the moment H is right on top of me (on the table) and I'm worried people may talk if this goes on for too long. :emoticon-0111-blush

My Mozilla has decided not606 is an attack site and will download malicious software even though their own statistic says of 439 pages that have been tested 0 have malicious software.
