Morning All, Lovely day here, but it does take a bit longer to warm up in the mornings now.

I will shortly be giving a tutorial on the art of cement making and ladder climbing. This will be a hands on lesson, so if any of you wish to join in don't arrive in your best football shirt as it might get spoilt.

The ladder climbing will be the introductory part of the course, ie not too high, so parachutes will not be required today. ;)

I did ladder climbing on Sunday. Cleaning out a gutter. Where does all the mud come from? I know it is ash and other things from the air.

This man talks sense. It is HUGELY important to use spare time wisely. You only get one chance (unless you want to spend another £3000 to resur) and you'll regret wasting the time. I spent most of my free time ensuring I caught up on sleeping and eating, with the occasional game of 40-a-side football.

When it came to revision, I may have totally forgot what was said in the lectures (due to sleeping), but at least I always ate well and slept well.

I have always had a gift of doing particularly average at everything I do, whilst putting in minimal effort. I used this philosophy at uni.

Savour it though Dan, because I tell you what, I bloody miss Sundays at uni!! Wake up at 1, eat s**t, lay in bed watching Italian football, eat s**t and stay up till the early hours pissing about with room-mates and playing ProEvo, inevitably waking up late on the Monday and missing the morning lecture.

Now, Sunday's consist of finishing off weekly errands, clothes washing, ironing, making lunch for the next day and in bed by 10 with a hot chocolate (or peppermint tea since the recent health kick) ready for another week of work.

I will be taking the classes for cocoa making and climbing into bed. As has been discussed on here, I have done extensive testing and research to establish the ideal hot chocolate.

I have always been a highly qualified sleeper, once sleeping for a 20 hour unbroken stretch when I was 12.

Lessons will begin at 19:00. Prior to the class, it would be advised to do some background reading. I suggest Fred Thompson's Hot Chocolate: 50 Heavenly Cups of Comfort

Eventually we did, a simple enough question to ask and the answer was even simpler<doh> It just dragged on for far too long, all done and dusted now. No more about work as I am off work now<somersault>

Just loaded up the car, freezer, patio set, 2 x director type chairs, mop and bucket, pictures, shopping for dearly beloved etc etc!!! I cannot use the rear view mirror, so glad my wing mirrors are in good order<ok> Now off to Asda to get more nappies for the grand daughter, I must remember to load my own bag in the car<laugh>
