You could have stoped the Corsa and thrown it back at her.

<yikes><yikes>2 wickets in close succession making it even closer!! Swann run out first, then Bopara caught!!!

Rain has stopped play atm, and if the match were to end now it would be a tie and India would leave with out a win in an international tour!!

I think needing 11 from 7 with 2 tailenders fresh in , How can that be a tie , surely its advantage India! strange!

They used D/L England did not bat out the allotted overs due to rain and therefore would have had a revised target. According to D/L the scores were tied.

Yeah I vaguely understand the mechanics of DL ,but you got to admit if you had to bet your next years pay one way or the other you would have backed the Indians!

I would not want to bet on the outcome! It was going both ways, then the weather stepped in. It was chaos! Typical of the days sports in general

If Swanny or Ravi had still been in then yes , but 11 off 7 with Mr Anderson and Mr Finn both to face a ball , thats a tough ask!

Morning all. So Sept 12th - 11th to you. I remember it well ten years ago. I heard the news on the radio on the way to work where I had a class with a bunch of American exchange students. Very strange.

In the evening I had an official function to go to. It was supposed to be a celebration but people turned up late after first going to an inpromptu memorial service at the Cathedral (which has now collapsed) on the opposite side of the Square. The mood was somber.

After the do I was in a cafe drinking wine with my girlfriend. She looked at me, said life is too short, and we should get married. My mind hit panic mode. "i'm too old to get married. She'll want children next. I'm way too old for that."

So ten tears later, at 6 in the morning, I have changed a very pooey nappy, cleared up some sick, and couldn't be happier. And young Mast NZ has just annouced that he wants breakfast.

Would all of this happened without 9/11? Who knows.

    Thats a great story NZ.

Its a shame not everyone recognises the importance and some make jokes about it.
