Well i could sit in the center of the ground, or hope that me attending and sitting in my washed new shirt and my proper seat will be enough. We have not won when i have not sat in my seat or with a new unwashed shirt.

    Evening all

Back from the pub and somehow into a discussion of surnames. It seems we may have a medieval coat of arms originating from a famous pirate operating out of Tunis. Is there anything you can't discover on the internet? Just need to work out who has the Spanish doubloons now!

I read that Laurence Bassini has not been attending meetings. Is on the rumour site but if this is correct it is bad. I think Graham Taylor would say sometihng about it in public if this is happening.

Evening Theo, my surname is boring and common. I often think i would like an interesting one with some good history

A famous pirate who operated out of Tunis was one John Ward. He was descibed thus:

Very short with little hair, and that quite white, bald in front; swarthy face and beard. Speaks little, and almost always swearing. Drunk from morn till night. Most prodigal and plucky. Sleeps a great deal, and ot'ten on board when in port. The habits of a thorough "salt". A fool and an idiot out of his trade.

The same site has this: Watford Manager Sean Dyche has 1 more game to save his job, against Coventry. It is understood that Bassini wants a more experienced man at the helm, but the board wanted stability and stayed with SD, but are now concerned of how the start of the season has begun.

Looks as if they must be talking then!

I watched some of the Hearts v Spurs game tonight. It looks as if the gulf between England and Scotland is getting larger.

Well you think that Hearts are more championship level and spurs had the likes of Defoe and Van der Vart the gulf is nto a lot. But out side the top 2 in the SPL there is a huge and quick drop in quality
