Morning All, The sun is blazing and it is going to be very hot today. However there is a gentle breeze coming up from the south, so with all windows and doors open I might get some more decorating done. First things first, a trip to the bottle bank. I don't know where they keep coming from. Maybe Mme has turned into a secret drinker.

My defence was broken down yesterday and the deer somehow got at my peas and stripped them. I was quite looking forward to them for my Sunday lunch.

My mum never allowed me to make a noise in the garden till after 10

Here - our neareest neighbour is half a mile away so is unlikely to complain - especially as she runs a stables so is probably up at the crack of dawn

 

Off to work eh !Hornette , must keep Mr H in the manner he is accustomed to

 

Our next door neighbour gets the gardener in at 8am on a Saturday morning, one day i'm going to throw a big rock at him!

 

Not just yet Norway lol...but soonish..wouldn't want Mr H to think he'll have it easy

 

34C outside already and the bottle bank was full. There has been some serious drinking going on in these parts lately.

 

Funny that M Frenchie ...i wonder who's filling up the bottle bank lol

Right, time for work..and a long one today so see you all tonight or tomorrow, depending on who's around late...coz i'm out this evening...non stop pleasure near Watford today lol

My sister-in-law toured the world as a dancer with Cliff Richard. On one of the tours she met her future husband - lead singer with an 80's pop band, Modern Romance. Had never heard of them myself, but am too polite to tell him that!
