    Afternoon All, Still alive, but not kicking very hard. :(

    Anyone know what was in the interview between Ollie and Russo? I cannot see any details in the WO.

    Soon be time for dinner,so the white wine is cooling and the red breathing. ;) Another trip to the bottle bank tomorrow will be required.

    He basically tries to put the Russos into perspective, by pointing out how bad things were under Homer and Cashton, the sort of brinkmanship that all tree recent shareholders employed, and sounding a note of cautious optimism about the Bassini era. There are a few decent lines from Russo, but nothing we didn't already know:
    • He feels that he left the club in a "fair condition" under the circumstances
    • He won't be sending Ashcroft a Christmas card
    • The administration threat was a calculated bluff

    I do take issue with whoever edited this week's paper though. Say what you want about Saracens in general, and what they're doing to our pitch in particular. But winning the rugby Premier League is surely the biggest sports story of the town in the past seven days, and deserves some space on the back page.

    The lead story? Swans make £3m Graham move, with a picture of someone Watford fans may have heard of holding the playoff trophy, and a tiny inset of Danny in the corner.
