HMRC will not speak publicly about the case but joint administrator Clark was happy to put his neck on the line.

He said: “We still don’t have a date for the big tax verdict. And we can’t predict the size of the bill, if there is one.

“It could be nil and it could be many, many millions. I don’t see why, regardless of what that figure is, it should slow a sale of Rangers."

    Is he taking the piss?

If you buy rangers then you would become a secured creditor. Therefore even if they were to become liquidated due to the tax case you would own ibrox and murray park and could start again.

I am hearing that a new rule is coming in on april that would mean debt to hmrc would pass on to the newco. Looks like rangers will need to make a decision. Wait for the verdict or liquidate before then to avoid the debt being passed on.

No surprise is it from Pontious Murray?

The man really does think he can do no wrong and my favourite quote is “Everyone forgets the good times". Not true Minty as anyone who has constantly read about "9IAR" will verify.

What must be particularly galling is that the administrators are now earning more per week than the top players!

Rob from the rich to pay for D&P <ok>

It is always the same HMRC and the administrators are calling Craig Whyte as the evil one but surely as far as HMRC are concerned he is really only small fry. The big evil one who will tip Rangers over the top is David Murray, it could he his Rangers who has done HMRC out of approximately £50 million. He is the one that will end the Rangers we know.

Rangers club have always been shy and never sought the limelight. *** David Murray was always a great example of shunning the media.
Often time he sent his jet to bring over a young unknown on trial and of course he did not tell the sporting hacks. When Rangers signed
the Dutch twins *** David was away in the background. It is no surprise when the shoite is hitting the fan re using two contracts and
paying players, without the legal money going to the Government to help among others things to protect brave Scottish soldiers fighting
for Queen and Country; the bold David keeps his distance and wants stupid Craig to be blamed for all Rangers short comings.

Hard weekend? Feeling a bit tired or lethargic today?

Cos I'm no feelin it, loopy. Your usual emotive and evocative style seems missing.

Was that improper verb conjugation deliberate? Were you emulating the lolcats grammar protocol or is it a typo?

I hope Rangers arse holes are aware they are free to go at anytime. They don't have to await the final announcement.

I thought it was very decent of me, letting you poor half wits off to mingle with your own kind.
