Safe to say that Currie wasn't on my pre-match list for possible MOTM

 

Looking at the previous results at Taunton it looks like Somerset are below par even with Smeed's late runs.

 

I’ll settle for that. Obviously should have been more but some good bowling by Currie especially.

Unless Vince or Short get going, I fear they have 15+ too many for us.

 

If 185 wasn't enough against Essex I struggle to see how 172 will be enough here. Pitch looks good to bat on, plus we've got CDG who's a clear upgrade on Dawson, particularly in the power department.
